		<description>Thanks, Tom, for the kind review and thoughtful advice on how to use it. Having spent the past 8 years trying to do it, I agree that bringing a new idea into a newsroom is particularly challenging. 

The genesis of Journalism 2.0 was a monthly training session I started at my newspaper in 2005. I would tackle each of these topics one at a time so those most interested in the specific concept of blogging or audio would get to spend an hour focusing only on that. So your advice to introduce these ideas to a newsroom one at a time is really useful.
