As one Sociology teacher said to me ""whistle-blowers" are people who's brains developed slower and farther, they are keenly aware of the social consequences of behaviors, because as growing children they saw the worst of the group underbelly and that fear causes them to not know when to get out of the rain. So abusing "whistle-blowers" is just another form of social violence just like racism". Or as one of my supervisor’s put it we would have hired you as a
Sociologist instead as a Biologist.

There are a lot of "fear games" where those in positions of authority may verbally assualt, on rare occasions actually physically assualt someone. While in the reserves my officers approached me with M1's and fixed bayonets because they were afraid that I would report them to the police for leaving the scene of an accident. Like I say Read "The Lucifer Effect" it will open your eyes. At the time I was terrified, one of the officers was a Chaplin, an officer one looks up to. After reading a number of sociology and psycho-sociology books I don't think that they would not have carried it out they were trying to frighten me out of reporting it to the police, however they were "under the influence" Don't know for sure- alcohol is a "mind altering" substance One of the many examples of poor management and role modeling.
